An X Factor finalist would be proud!

Back in 2013 Paul White was made redundant from a job as a Warehouse Manager in the field of Japanese produce.  Paul spent his unemployed days trawling through Facebook and spotted a re-occurring post: 'Does anybody know a man with a van to help move some furniture?' Paul sold his Mazda Mx5 and bought an old Transit, with a big crack in the windscreen, for £1000. Whilst out drinking with a pal the pair came up with the name 'Move it Move it'. Paul kept a close eye on Facebook and every time a post came on he would offer his help. Within weeks he was earning a reasonable wage and meeting lots of people on the way.

In 2015 Paul upgraded to a Long Wheel Base, High Top Peugeot Boxer Van. A much larger van that was more suited for small house moves. He added a new staff member, Louis, and gave the van a bright orange makeover and carpeted the interior entirely in orange (doors and sides). Fast-forward to 2017 and Paul married his girlfriend Gemma (who he met whilst on a removal job) and had his first and only daughter, Robyn. Robyn gave Paul a new outlook on life. He said: "I wanted to build a more solid future for Robyn. I wanted to not just be seen as a man and van, but a professional removal company." Paul bought a brand new '17 model van - a Luton Low Loader and with his wife Gemma helping with the marketing and as a tribute to their baby daughter, the pair re-launched as Robyn White Removals - a business that will hopefully be in the family for years to come.
